"MIKI" PAPER COMPOSITES
Temperature classification: Class B (130°C)
Our Polyester films / "Miki" Papers Composites comprise of one layer of MYLAR polyester film from Du Pont and one layer Pressboard Paper(PB-2) or Coil Insulation Paper(PI-2) from "MIKI TOKUS HU" of Japan. The products possess smooth surface and little thickness to lerance and it combines the advantage of high dielectric strength of PET and good mechanical strength of MIKI paper. The products are commonly used in the manufacturing of electric motors, generators and electric fans with temperature requirement not exceeding 130°C. It is particular suitable to be used in automatic slot liner injection machine.
TP, TK combined flexible material can be supplied in roll form, reel form or sheet form. Inner diameter of a core is 3 inches. The weight of each roll is about 50KG depended on length required by customer. Width of each reel is range from 3.5mm to 914mm.
